Here's some software related to some of my publications.
- Online implementations of the LDA topic model, including a particle filter, an incremental Gibbs sampler, o-LDA, and batch Gibbs sampler. These are described in my paper "Online inference of topics with latent Dirichlet allocation" from AISTATS 2009.
- Patch for Yee Whye Teh's hierarchical Dirichlet process code to allow inference of tree structures, from my paper "A nonparametric Bayesian model of multi-level category learning" from AAAI 2011. I haven't gotten around to packaging this up yet. If you're interested, please email me and I'll increase its priority on my to-do list :-)
